After-Hours TeleTriage Process

When calling the clinic after hours you will be transferred to our trusted partners at Animal HealthLink to speak with an experienced and licensed veterinary team member. They are trained to triage your phone call, carefully assessing the situation to determine the appropriate next steps for your pet’s care.

Please be assured that Animal HealthLink prioritizes urgent cases, ensuring that immediate and critical situations receive the prompt attention they require. For non-urgent cases, their knowledgeable team may recommend deferring the issue until regular business hours or directing you to the most appropriate facilities for further assistance.
