Important Information For Clients Regarding COVID-19 Virus

Due to concerns about the novel coronavirus and related disease (COVID-19), we are taking additional precautionary measures (per the recommendations of the CDC) within the hospital to keep our staff, doctors, animals, clients, and visitors safe, while continuing to provide essential patient care.

We have increased our sanitizing protocols around the hospital for client and staff safety to allow us to remain OPEN.

Our primary goal is to stay healthy, keep others around us healthy and continue to provide service throughout the duration of this pandemic.

Upon Arrival

When you arrive in our parking lot for an appointment or a procedure check in, please call or text (507) 233-2500. A team member will help with your admittance into our lobby. Out of respect for the health and safety of our staff members and our clients, we are requiring masks to be worn in our exam rooms. We will also be limiting entrance into our exam rooms to one family member.

Prescription pickup

If you are picking up a prescription, please text or call (507) 233-2500 when you arrive or are near. After your prescription is paid, we will leave it on a table in our entry way for you.

Online Pharmacy

For clients who do not want to travel into the clinic please utilize our Hospital’s Online Pharmacy. This can be a great resource to ensure proper social distancing but still provide the necessary medications and nutritional products.
